Oil Tanker Competence

Operational Level (Junior Officers).

This CES test is aimed at junior deck officers on oil tankers. It focuses on cargo planning and monitoring, tank cleaning and inerting procedures, ballast operations, ship stability, and application of MARPOL and STCW requirements. The test verifies operational competence and decision-making in routine and emergency situations.
