Oil Tanker Competence

Management Level (Senior Officers).

This CES test is intended for senior deck officers and chief officers on oil tankers. It covers advanced cargo and ballast management, risk assessment, coordination of ship-to-shore operations, compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, and ISGOTT guidelines, and leadership in safety management. The aim is to confirm management-level competence required for the safe and efficient operation of oil tankers.
